At Shield Labs, we stand by the efficacy of our skincare; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer 30-day returns on all products. Items must be in their original packaging and at least half-full to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Shield Products
Carefully place the items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back at our lab safely.
Attach the Prepaid Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
